No two companies use SAP Business One the same way. The number of processes you want on the web, the systems you need to connect and the size of your teams all move the number. So we start by understanding your work, then quote against that scope.
Deployment model
Z-SYSTEM runs on infrastructure we operate for you. Your teams can start quickly, with no additional servers to prepare on your side.
Begin with a few core processes and let one team use them for real.

The quote reflects how many modules you switch on, how many people use Z-SYSTEM and which deployment model you choose.
For companies extending SAP Business One out to web users for the first time, usually starting with a single department.
Several departments live at once, with approvals and an AI Agent.

The quote reflects the number of modules, how involved your approval workflows are, how many people use the system and the level of support you need.
For companies where several departments hand work to each other and managers want a shared view they can open themselves.
Shaped around your own processes and your IT team’s requirements.

What drives cost
We put all of them on the table early, so you can shape a budget before the detailed conversation and nothing appears later that you did not expect.
Opening sales and inventory is a different piece of work to opening every department at once. We usually suggest starting where the friction is worst.
Connecting to SAP Business One through the Service Layer is standard work. Exchanging data with other systems adds scope, depending on how many there are and how much data moves.
Standard screens already cover most day-to-day work. Forms, reports or business rules unique to you are quoted as separate, clearly named line items.
A cloud deployment we operate is not the same as an installation in your data centre, and keeping a test environment alongside production changes the estimate too.
The number of Z-SYSTEM users and the variety of roles affect how much permission design is needed. You can manage Z-SYSTEM users flexibly and add more as teams grow.
Business-hours support comes with every package. Dedicated channels, a named support team and a service level agreement are scoped against how critical the system is.
Opening balances, historical documents and the checks that follow take very different amounts of effort per company, so this is always estimated on its own.
How many sessions you need, how they are delivered and whether you want company-specific documentation all shape the go-live scope.
Cost depends on the number of modules, the integration scope, customisation, environments and the level of service agreed. Results depend on your processes, existing systems and the scope of each deployment.
Questions
If your question is not here, the team is happy to answer it directly.
Because a published price would not match your work. A company opening two processes and a company moving its whole operation onto the web are doing very different projects. We would rather understand the scope first and give you a number we can stand behind, itemised from the start.
Three things are enough to begin. Which processes you want to open first, roughly how many people in each department will use the system, and whether you run SAP Business One on SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL Server. If other systems need to exchange data with Z-SYSTEM, tell us early — that is usually the biggest variable.
The trial is free and carries no obligation to buy. We set up a trial environment with the modules you care about and help you connect it to a test system. If you want custom development or a large data migration during the trial, we scope and quote that before any work starts.
They are separate. What you pay us covers Z-SYSTEM and the services around it. Z-SYSTEM reduces day-to-day dependence on the SAP Business One Client for everyday tasks and lets you manage Z-SYSTEM users flexibly. Your use of SAP Business One and any integration remains subject to your organisation’s licence agreement, so we recommend confirming the final scope with whoever owns that contract.
Yes, and it is what we often recommend. Begin with the one or two processes that cause the most friction, let the team get comfortable working on the web, then add modules and users as you are ready. Expansion is quoted against the change in scope, and nothing already deployed has to be rebuilt.
Standard setup and training within the agreed scope appear in the same quote. Large historical data migrations, custom development and additional training beyond that scope are listed as separate line items, so you can decide what belongs in the first phase and what can wait.
