Z-SYSTEM brings SAP Business One data and workflows onto web screens shaped around each role. It reduces day-to-day dependence on the SAP Business One Client, and your use of SAP Business One and any integration remains subject to your organisation’s licence agreement.

Z-SYSTEM is a web layer that sits in front of SAP Business One. Each department gets screens built for its own work, scoped to the records and actions that person is permitted to use. The connection runs through the Service Layer, the standard integration surface of SAP Business One.

Every user lands on a dashboard that answers one question: what needs attention today. The figures come from SAP Business One and respect that person’s permissions. Directors see the shape of the business, and the people doing the work see their own queue.

Each role sees only the menus, records and buttons that belong to its job. Administrators grant access at the role level rather than person by person, so adding a new starter is a short task. Anything outside that scope never appears in the interface.

Every document has one page that holds its detail, attachments, comments and approval history together. Nobody has to dig through email threads or shared folders to find the version that counts. When a customer calls, the person answering opens a single screen.
